How to Register for Doctor On Demand

Quick Registration Guide

Setting up your Doctor On Demand account is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to get started with virtual healthcare today.

Registration Steps

Step 1: Access Doctor On Demand

Choose one of these options:

Once you're on the website or have opened the app, click the Sign Up button.

Step 2: Create Your Login Credentials

Enter the following information:

  • Your email address
  • Create a password
  • Click Continue

Then follow the prompts to enter:

  • Your full name
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number

Step 3: Add Your Insurance Information

Enter your HPI member ID number (found on your member ID card), then click Next.

Note: If you're using the mobile app, you may be prompted to add your employer information first before entering your member ID.

Step 4: Verify Your Coverage

Once you submit your member ID, Doctor On Demand will verify your coverage with Health Plans, Inc.

When verification is complete, click Next to continue.

Step 5: Personalize Your Account (Optional)

You'll be given the option to personalize your account with your healthcare preferences.

Choose one:

  • Click Continue to add your preferences now
  • Select Not now to skip this step and add preferences later

Registration Complete!

Your home page will now display:

  • Your name
  • Confirmation that you're covered under your HPI plan

You're now ready to connect with a board-certified doctor for virtual healthcare visits!
