What is the TrueScripts Member Portal?

The Member Portal is your one-stop destination for managing your prescription benefits. Through the portal, you can:

Look up real-time drug prices to find the best prices for your medications
Access Live Chat to get immediate assistance from our care team
Find pharmacies near you using the Pharmacy Locator
View your personal plan information and claims history
Access additional member forms and resources

How to Register for the Member Portal

Step 1: Access the Portal

Visit memberportal.truescripts.com in your web browser, or scan the QR code provided in your member materials.

Step 2: Click "Register"

On the Member Portal landing page, click the "Register" button in the top navigation bar.

Step 3: Complete Registration

Enter your personal information to complete the registration process.

Important: You will need your Member ID card readily available during registration.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

Check your email to verify and complete your account setup.

Step 5: Start Using the Portal

Once registered, you can access your Member Dashboard and all available features.

Note: You will not be able to register until on or after your effective date with TrueScripts.

TrueScripts now offers convenient text messaging and live chat services to keep you connected and informed!

SMS Text Messages

How to Opt-In for Text Messages:

During Registration:

Check the box that says "I agree to receive text messages from TrueScripts"
You can also opt-in for emails by checking "I agree to receive emails from TrueScripts"

If Already Registered:

Go to "My Profile" in the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen
Check the box to receive text messages and/or emails
Update your profile

By Phone:

You may also call TrueScripts to opt into our SMS texting services
